Water-dilutable covering primer based on acrylic copolymer dispersion for pre-treating untreated soils. The primer ensures good adhesion and covering power both indoors and outdoors on coherent, smooth surfaces such as smooth concrete, plasterboard, clinkers and sand-lime brick.
