Stones, rocks... they are nothing less than raw jewels, hidden deep in the earth. Intense heat and pressure cause minerals to crystallize, connecting with each other in processes of solidification and cooling, for millennia. The impressive patterns, colors and textures created come in infinite combinations never seen before. Each one is a natural work of art, created only with a lot of patience. The results of this awe-inspiring and centuries-long process are an inexhaustible source of inspiration. We look at them with a graphic eye and thus arrive at modern and architectural effects. A retro feel warms the atmosphere of the wallpaper as do the timeless colors such as jasper, jade, onyx, aventurine, sandstone, slate and quartz.

For this design we start with a beautiful table in travertine, a 3D object that we translate into a 2D drawing. The optical illusion is enhanced by the fine shadow line in contrasting and shiny color. The vaults light up due to light and the wallpaper has a very architectural feel.
